Covenants

The Saddlebrook at Knollwood Homeowners Association is governed by established covenants and by-laws.   Click on the links below to view the subdivision covenants, restrictions, and protective easements.

All proposed fencing and exterior projects, changes or additions must be submitted to the Saddlebrook Architectural Control Committee for approval prior to any construction.  This is governed by Article 3 in Saddlebrook at Knollwood Homeowners Association Covenants.  Please fill out the architectural improvement request form and email your application to, saddlebrook.architectural@gmail.com, to begin your approval process.
