Our Neighborhood

Welcome to Saddlebrook!  This is a scenic, residential community that is located in Granger, Indiana.  It was established in 1999 and has two lakes that are surrounded by 158 beautiful homes with mature landscaping.  Saddlebrook is conveniently located near an outstanding library, country club, shopping and restaurants.  In addition, our neighborhood is part of the Penn-Harris-Madison school corporation, which has received an A rating from the Indiana Department of Education for all 15 of its schools.  Saddlebrook feeds into Northpoint Elementary (a top ten school in Indiana; recognized as an Indiana Four Star School; and named a National Blue Ribbon School in 2010), Discovery Middle School (recognized as an Indiana Four Star School), and Penn High School (achieved 902590 elite status among Indiana high schools).  To learn more, check out their website at http://www.phm.k12.in.us

Saddlebrook offers several opportunities to socialize and get to know your neighbors.  Among the many events, we have our annual garage sale shortly after the end of the school year and a Halloweenie Roast’ during trick-or-treat hours.  See the Upcoming Events section for all of the details.
