Saddlebrook is a neighborhood of 156 homes located in Granger, Indiana. Our residents enjoy a wonderful sense of community where families are not just neighbors but lifelong friends.

 

Our location is conveniently located near the Indiana/Michigan state line, and is close to shopping, restaurants, state of the art medical facilities, a local Farmer’s Market, County Parks, schools, libraries and the University of Notre Dame, Indiana University South Bend, Bethel University Mishawaka, and Ivy Tech South Bend. We are in the Penn Harris Madison School District.  The schools that Saddlebrook is associated with are: Northpoint Elementary, Discovery Middle School, and Penn High School.  Northpoint is a National Blue Ribbon School! They are one of seven schools in the state that have received this prestigious award.  Less than 1% of the schools in the United States receive the National Blue Ribbon Award.

 

Saddlebrook is governed by covenants and by-laws designed for safety, maximum home values and for the good of the overall community.  The Board of Directors are charged with upholding these rules.
